Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, authenticators, and dust bags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our atelier inspects the returned goods.
